We have one of my favorite people in the world, Ryley High. Ryley is a plant-based nutritionist and wellness coach based on intuitive living. She's doing some amazing work. She's working with some amazing people. It's an honor to have her on the show. Ryley, how are you?

I'm good. I'm honored and grateful to be here, and grateful to know you.

I want to start off by thanking you because you brought affirmations back into my life. It was something that was a huge part of my life. I got extremely busy over the last few years, and I stopped doing my daily affirmations. I used to post a quote before going into work. I got so busy, I would go into work and start seeing patients. You asked me to do a Clubhouse social media thing with you, and I forgot how much I enjoyed affirmations and how powerful they were. I want to thank you for bringing that back into my life. Thank you.

I'm bringing it back around. You brought it into mine. You were the first person I saw using them on a daily basis and across your entire wall in Huntington Beach.

I want this episode be based around affirmations, the power of affirmations. I want the people to know a little bit more about you first, Ryley. Where are you from originally?

I'm from New Jersey. I feel like I always say the Asbury Park, Belmar area because I'm sure you have many people reading that are from around the world. I’m based from New Jersey. I'm in Long Beach, California now. I moved here January 1st, 2021. Many great things are happening now, it's so crazy. I feel like I went through this huge awakening this past year 2020.

Tell us about your awakening and all the great stuff you're doing now.

A few years ago, I was in a really weird place. I was doing all these jobs that weren't resonating with me. I was waitressing a ton. I had no life and I felt like I wasn't living my true self in general. In 2020, I made this huge life choice to change. I was like, “I can't live this lie anymore.” I made a huge decision and decided to listen to myself. That's how I got into intuitive living, which has changed my life immensely, not only just with eating but listening to my gut. I'm thankful for 2020 because it was the year I listened to my mind, my soul and my body.

Let's elaborate on that a little bit. Listening to your gut, that intuitive feeling that we all have, that is easy to turn off and brush off and say, “It's irrelevant.” We start listening to our minds more than our heart. That can cause some serious turmoil in your life. It could show up in a physical illness, emotionally, it could cause panic attacks. It's absolutely a real thing. Tell me a little bit about before listening to that gut instinct and after, how that makes you feel now.

Before, I felt lost, depressed, cloudy. I felt like I was living a lie. It was no one's fault except myself, which I now reflected on, “It’s no one's fault except myself.” I was sick to my stomach every day. I definitely had an underlying eating disorder. I wasn't eating enough for sure. I was extremely thin. I was fainting a lot. I would go to waitress and I couldn't even waitress because I felt like I couldn't even work. I fainted a couple of times there. That was one of the symptoms of not listening to my soul really. I was doing this and not knowing I had a problem. I was harming myself with not eating correctly and being severely underweight.

Did you know it at the time or were you convincing yourself that this wasn't going on and it was something out of your control?

I knew it was there, I just wasn't listening to it. I knew it was wrong. I was way too afraid of the unknown. My entire issue was that it was the fear of the unknown, fear of hurting other people along my journey, and not realizing that I was hurting myself the most, which is crazy. Now, I think about it and I giggle because it's such a simple thing to do to listen to yourself, but it takes a lot of uncomfortable shadow work and healing to understand that's the way to your soul's purpose, to being your true self, to everything. I'm honestly grateful to be here. I'm here alive and healthy.

I'm sure it wasn't a 24-hour process that you were like, “I'm going to listen to my gut and everything's going to be okay.” I'm sure there were some peaks and valleys and dark days of you searching for what you wanted. What were some of the ways you were able to dive a little deeper? You’ve made the change, you moved across country, you're doing what's in your heart and what you want to do. Did you write it down? Did you take some time by yourself and tell yourself what you wanted? How did you make that happen?

It was a few months ago, I had a phone call with this psychic. I was looking for answers and they were within myself. I called him and he was explaining to me the life that I was going to be living a year from when I called him. I was like, “This sounds so amazing. How is that possible? How am I going to make this work?” After that, I hired a life coach. She did NLP and hypnosis.

What’s NLP?

It’s Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Pretty much what she does is we did these exercises where you're speaking to your subconscious, just like with affirmations. I was finally reflecting and doing the shadow work of all the things I was living in. That was the beginning. After I got done with my life coach, who now I'm in this beautiful women's group with her too. It all connected in such a beautiful way. One day, I made the conscious decision to say, “Fuck it. I don't care what anybody thinks anymore. The past doesn't matter. Every day is a new day, the future isn't guaranteed. I'm going to live my life by listening to myself and doing what I love that.”

That is very powerful stuff. My hat goes off to you because a lot of people will sense this and feel this, and they will keep living that same life. They feel like they're trapped and there's no way out. Once you get through a little bit that uncomfortableness, I feel like your whole life opens up. It's such a great feeling. The weight of the world is off your shoulders. It's not like you've arrived, but you never really arrive, but you're going on the path you want to be going on.

I like when you said it because it's like you feel trapped but it's your own fault. I totally take control of all my actions, what I was doing, my decisions for being in a certain place for so long. A lot of people are afraid of being uncomfortable and fear of failure, the unknown, whatever it may be. I learned at this point, I'd rather try something and fail and know that it wasn't meant to be, rather than being stuck somewhere where you're making yourself physically, mentally and spiritually sick.

Where do affirmations come into the picture for you now?

I started saying these to myself for about two years. I didn't realize I was affirming myself per se, but I would always say to myself what I was grateful for every single day. That's usually what I do every day is say, “I am grateful for X, Y and Z,” whether it's relationships or people in my life, my abundant income, I'm in California, I'm healthy. I also like saying them if I feel uncomfortable or stuck maybe at work or something, because I know if I'm speaking something into existence and knowing that everything is happening for a reason, that I'm speaking to my subconscious on a really powerful level. I do believe them now. I feel like I'm radiating all this energy now from speaking to my subconscious. I'm sure you feel the same way. I want you to share your story too because that's what inspired me.

I was telling you before that it's crazy how much we get caught up in life. We start going and going, and we forget about some of the things that's our absolute foundation. We were talking about this, but it all started with my father who, like clockwork, every single morning would get on his knees, pray and recite at least ten affirmations that he had written down on a white piece of paper. I always saw him doing that. I was a young kid, I didn't really know what he was doing. I had no interest in doing it, but I noticed he was always very vibrant. Positive vibes were always coming out of him. He was my hero growing up. Unfortunately, he passed away very suddenly when I was sixteen.

He had this folder by his nightstand, and he left behind his affirmations. Somebody in my family took it and they made them into these glazed plates. They handed them out to every single family member. The one I got was, “Just for today, I will be happy.” That one brings you back to the present moment where you don't have to do 100 things in one day. All you have to do now is be happy, treat people well and be with your family, your friends, and be in the present moment. That one always grounds me. It's right outside my bedroom door, so I see it every day. As you know, I took my affirmations to the absolute extreme. I was so driven when I was in chiropractic school, an unexplainable drive to change the world. I think I might have had 100 affirmations written down on all rainbow construction paper. My wallpaper in my room, wall-to-wall, was 100 different affirmations that I saw and read every day.

I used to keep those to myself because I thought they were weird. I didn't realize there were many like-minded people like myself. Anytime I had somebody in my room, I was like, “What are they going to think?” The house wasn't big in Huntington Beach, so everybody was going room to room. I had many different people in that room and they all were receptive like, “This is awesome, all these affirmations.” People were like, “What are these?” I didn't really know. It was just a bunch of my favorite quotes, favorite sayings. I think they were powerful because the negative talk that we talk to ourselves on a daily basis, when you're having a bad day, you walk into this room and it immediately lifts up your energy. It reminds you of what you're doing in this life, your purpose. One of them was, “I will change the world through chiropractic.” If I had a bad day at school or things weren't going my way, I was like, “What am I doing?” I just look at that, and that keeps you on the right track. They were favorite quotes, favorite sayings. It ups your frequency, reminds you of what you're doing.

I started an Easel Affirmations page, which I posted for the first time in one year. As much as I'm posting for everybody else, it was what I needed to hear that day. I would post one quote a day. It's funny, the quotes or the affirmations you think that are weird to you or you don't think that are going to resonate with people, those are the ones that usually hit hardest the most. I get probably about 5 to 25 likes on those affirmations on that Easel Affirmations page, but it's that one person that will reach out and be like, “I needed to hear this now. Thank you so much.” I think we're all obsessed, and I'm guilty of it too, of reaching the masses, reaching millions and millions of people. If you rise, you change one person's day for the better, you have done your job. I think that's a very powerful thing. When you try to reach one person, it's going to eventually reach a ton of people. If you're changing one person's life for the better, you're having a great day.

I feel like when you're changing that one person's life, then they're going to bring that energy with them and probably touch a lot more people. It's all connected.

You touched on it before, you got coaching. Whenever somebody said life coach around me or something like that, I would roll my eyes. I don't mean to say this to be disrespectful, but what life coaching had done for me, it had such a corny annotation to it that I was like, “You're a life coach really?” You think you have everything all figured out, but when I actually sat down and thought about it, I had many coaches growing up as a kid that were such positive influences that made my life and sports, and it was so much better. As adults, we stopped getting coached, we think we have it all figured out when most of us are in shambles.

I feel like when you're an adult, that's probably the time you need it most.

I feel like the more money you put down, the more value it has. Some life coaches are pretty expensive. For instance, my first life coach cost about $4,000. I was like, “There's no way I am going to dish out that money to have somebody coach me.” What I realized was when you do dish out that money, you show up for the phone call, and you show up for the Zoom meeting, and you show up for the homework. If it was $100 a session, I might have half-assed it. It changed my life. What I realized was you need to have a feeling behind the affirmation. It helps to have ideal scenes where you paint an ideal picture, words, feelings, visualizations of what you want your work life to look like, what you want your play life to look like, what you want financially, everything. Attaching a feeling, a visual picture and not just saying an affirmation that might not even be yours is so much more powerful.

During that four months of life coaching, I met Pri. That was one of the ideal scenes, I wanted to bring some love into my life. That was probably what I wanted most at that time. I had some goals for work and everything, but I definitely wanted to bring some type of love in my life, and we really focused on that. That was the most difficult scenario. Every week, we would color in what we wanted our ideal scenes to look like. I was stuck on the love one. The work and the financial stuff were all coming easily. I had to tweak this to make it my own and focus. I put the most effort into that one, for sure. I was looking for love under a rock. I was searching for it. I was running into a lot of dead ends and then I let go. I met Pri at an airport in Brazil. She didn't speak a word of English, I didn't speak a word of Portuguese. I don't know how on Earth that even ended up the way it was. It was one of the most surreal experiences of my life. I definitely owe a large part of that to life coaching for sure.

Like what you said about attaching an experience to an affirmation, JJ, my life coach, she was like, “We're going to do this exercise where you're going to picture exactly what your life's going to look like a year from now. Who's going to be in the room when you're celebrating your big career moment or whatever?” I'm hoping maybe a partner, exact income and everything. It made it so much more real. I believe in myself so much now like, “There's no other way. This is exactly how it's going to be. I will not stop believing until I get there.” It's crazy, I'm not even in a rush to do something specific. I'm letting things fall into place the way they're meant to be because that's how the universe works. That's what life coaching taught me as well. Nothing is positive or negative. Everything happens exactly the way it's supposed to be. Even if you're uncomfortable, it's always a learning lesson. Every single thing in life is a learning lesson. I'm grateful for every single person who's been in my life.

I feel like when you let go like that, it brings everything that's meant to happen for you. Another crazy scenario was when I was about a year left in chiropractic school, I was getting ready to buy the current practice I'm at now. I was talking to the woman and she goes, “There's another student who’s graduating before you. I've been wanting to retire now for years. I really like you, Kevin, but I have to get out. I'm done working.” I was like, “All right.” I was mad but it was understandable, “If anything changes, let me know.” I had to start all over and build a new business plan of where I'm going to live and where I'm going to start from scratch.

Months later as I'm contacting other doctors to see if they can help me out, start working with them, I got a call on a Monday morning that that student didn't pass his last section of national boards, which is probably the easiest section. If you make it through 1, 2 and 3, you're pretty much guaranteed to pass 4. She’s like, “He didn't graduate. He is now graduating at the same time as you. Do you still want the practice?” I was like, “Absolutely.” I feel like letting go and not getting angry when things don't go your way. I feel like they'll work themselves out. If it's meant to be, it will happen. How many people do you know that always force things? I don't believe in really forcing. I believe in pursuing, but wrenching it in there and forcing, I don't agree with that.

I think forcing shouldn't even be in someone's existence because if you're forcing, then it's 100% not meant to be, in my opinion. There are ways to try to fix problems, but sometimes things cannot be fixed. It's always a lesson, it's so crazy.

What's cool with you now is all your friends are out in California. You guys look like you're having a good time.

I'm surrounded by people with the energy I've always had in myself. My friends are out here. We're all very like-minded individuals. I don't specifically hang out with people who think the same way I do. I have noticed that now that I'm in this higher vibration, I attract people near me more. Even out in public, I feel like this happens to you all the time, just because I'm like the glass is broken, I'm a beam of light, I talk to strangers and they share the deepest thoughts with me. I think that's a product of letting go, and being and living your soul's purpose. It's so crazy. Does that happen to you all the time? Do people come up to you?

Absolutely. Remember that girl, Amina? I met her in a Trader Joe's parking lot. She was locked out of her car and I started talking to her. There's definitely a different frequency out in California where everything is more laid back, you have time to talk to people. If you sit down in a chair in California outside, you'll sit there for an hour and a half because the sun feels so good. I love the East Coast. What's good about the East Coast is it makes you value the sun and the seasons. It makes you cherish everything, where California is always there, but it's such a good feeling. You can't beat it. It's a little bit faster-paced. I told you before, I got out of that groove of affirmations. I always felt it, but the last few weeks, I've been way more intent of slowing things down. It's very easy to get caught up in things over here. My goal over the next couple of months is slow it down, enjoy it, be more present, start doing affirmations again.

When I moved out here, I decided I'm going to meditate every morning. I have this new journal I've been writing in every single day. Now that I do it consistently, I don't feel right when I don't. It's clutch. You could do it at night as well, but for me it’s setting the morning right in a positive way. I bring this energy with me throughout the rest of the day.

I have The Five Minute Journal, which is a book that is excellent. It has everything laid out for you, and it literally takes three minutes during the day. It has “I'm grateful for” and you write down three things. “What would make today great to stimulate that picture?” you write down three things, then three daily affirmations. I usually don't do the night sessions. If you get this book, it's pretty amazing. It's three amazing things that happened to you now that you write down, that you can process, “How could I have made today even better?” It's a great book, it's cheap. It's a good starter to journal. I like using my other journal for long writing out. Anytime I do have a long weekend or a vacation, or I actually have time to process things, not just on the vacation, but getting away from work and everything, I love writing down all my thoughts. I do a lot of awesome thinking on the plane. I wrote this whole idea for the podcast and everything on the plane. In California, they have a bunch of edibles as you know, and they make the plane ride a little bit easier. I took an edible in chiropractic school and went on the plane, and wrote everything out like the intro, who I want to have on the show. I was into it. That's how the show came to be.

I feel like you've had a lot of pivotal moments with weed in California.

I don't really smoke anymore, but it's moderation. It's definitely a powerful eye-opener. The perspective on cannabis is it's legal in New Jersey now, which I never thought I'd see that day. If you're feeling stuck, it definitely brings out a creative side in you. You definitely have to be careful and you don't want to do it all day every day. Moderation with some things is a beautiful thing.

It is plant medicine, I would say, but I know if you're smoking all day, you're not truly present. It can help heighten some senses but you're in a different world.

You're self-medicating at that point and you're almost trying to escape the day, rather than take you to a good place. It's like overdoing anything with drugs or alcohol. It puts you in a creative place, but if you abuse it, it's like anything else, it's not going to do good things for you.

Too much of anything is not good. I over-exercise so bad. Even sometimes when I get stressed, I noticed I have these triggers of going back to not eating or I'll be like, “Now I have to run 15 miles to feel better,” which I'm thankful now, I've finally felt at peace and resting and taking it day by day. If I don't feel like walking or something, then I'm not going to do it. I'm going to rest instead.

I'm full blown addicted to coffee. I'm addicted to caffeine. It's a problem. I think I went three days without it to wean off of it. I’ve had a cup of coffee every day for the past few years. It's something I love. It makes my mornings a little bit better. Three days without coffee, huge headache, irritable. I had two sips on that third day, I was in the best mood ever and my mood changed. I’m fully addicted to coffee. Caffeine is also a drug. Don't play yourself if you think it's not because it doesn't have to be in the form of coffee. Caffeine is in a lot of things. Moderation with everything for sure.

I wanted to ask you something else. I think this would be cool to touch on. I never met your dad, but I feel like I know him through you almost. Do you feel like affirmations are his legacy? Do you think you would be the way you were and still be very into affirmations if he was still here?

I'll start off by saying that every night, I remember this is engraved in my brain, probably until I was about 10, 11, 12, my dad would lay by my bed and he would say, “Kevin, you're a winner. You're a leader, you're a champion. You can do anything you want.” Then I would say, “As long as you try hard, do your best, have fun, believe you can do it and believe in God.” That was our nightly ritual. You can't erase that from my brain if you tried. I didn't know what I was saying. I was six years old. I don't even know how it started. I didn't know what I was saying. After he passed away, when I was 16, I was like, “He was engraving greatness and positivity and positive energy into my brain. That's fucking genius.”

I was also born 2 pounds, 15 ounces. I was in the neonatal unit for three months. They told my mom I probably wasn't going to live because I was the size of her palm. I was so little and less than 3 pounds. Every day, my dad would read affirmations to me, just positivity. Say what you want about that, but there is some type of frequency and connection from him to me that’s still here. I don't even think I can fully comprehend what my dad has done for me. When you're a young kid and you're a teenager, you don't really ask questions. I think I was just getting to that age where I was realizing how awesome my dad was. I feel like I have connected with him a couple of different ways since he's passed. I've been to a medium that was channeling him, that was only saying things that he knew that he told him. Nobody couldn't even make that up. I was like, “He's alive and well and thriving somewhere. I don't know what realm that is.”

I had two loving parents growing up and my life was pretty amazing, no complaints. When my dad died, it got a little rough with him dying and between me and my mom. There were some rocky points. After the dust settled, I was extremely grateful to go through those tough times. I think that made me who I am now. It was one of the worst and best experiences of my life to go through something like that at such a young age. You value every relationship you have after that. It's a blessing to have a connection with somebody like that. He died of a pulmonary embolism right in front of me. You see something like that, it’s like here today, gone tomorrow. Then you start treating your friends and loved ones differently. You carry their legacy with you wherever you go. The days are a little brighter and the trees are a little greener. You're thankful to wake up every day and be here. One of my favorite quotes and favorite affirmations is, “Thankful to be here, thankful to be anywhere or grateful to be here, grateful to be anywhere.” That was one of the experiences that I took from that.

It's like the most beautiful journey ever because now I see you, and I only know you from the past years we met. Knowing now what you've been through, it does make sense the way that you are. I feel like people are attracted to your energy. When I saw your affirmations in your room in California, I was like, “This makes so much sense like the way he is, this vibrant, positive person.” I feel like you were meant to become a healer because you had to go through so much shit to become the person you are. Now you heal with your hands.

I think that's a positive trait from any healer, and it’s not everybody, but it helps when you've been rock bottom, and for me it was concussions. The concussions were even worse than losing my dad twenty times over. I don't wish that on anybody. Every day for five years, I had blurred vision, dizziness, headaches, hand tremors, anxiety, depression, I couldn't sleep through the night. One thing that helped me through those times was those affirmations. Praying every day and saying, “Tomorrow is going to be different. Tomorrow is going to be better,” and it's not. For years, I was completely at rock bottom. I almost tried to kill myself one day because, I was a very positive person, and nothing was changing. I was just saying it, I wasn't believing it.

It's one thing to say affirmations and repeat words, but you’ve got to take massive action if you want your life to change. Once I did that, it was still a long road before I got healed, but the ball started going in the right direction. One of the things I prayed, you can say I made a deal with God here, “Whatever it is that's going to get me better, I promise you I'll use it and I will do that for the rest of my life to help heal as many people as I can. If you get me better and stop this debilitating pain all day, I promise you, I will dedicate my life to that.” I remember being on my knees crying. I remember saying that prayer, and it took two years after that moment to find the upper cervical chiropractic that worked for me. The one thing that I realized is your miracle might not come today, tomorrow, the next day, the next year, but if you keep knocking on doors, the door will open. That was probably the most valuable life lesson I've had.

That's powerful in many ways. I like how you said you have to stop feeling sorry for yourself. It’s almost like you're pitting yourself and you're wasting time. I feel like I have a similar thing. I didn't have concussions but it still was a big moment for me. That's what I did, I stopped feeling sorry for myself. I sounded like a broken record saying all these things I wanted to do and I was never doing it. It was like a light switch. I don't even know if I'm where I'm supposed to be, but I feel a lot better than I did.

One of the best things to do is get out of the middle. If you're going the wrong direction, you're going to find out pretty quickly. If you're going in the right direction, it's going to feel good. A lot of people won't get out of the middle. Staying in the middle is the death of man.

That's like a promise I made to myself. I was like, “I will not settle for a mediocre life to me.” I know everyone has a different definition, but I was like, “I can't live this. I'm supposed to be doing so much more.” It was literally an epiphany. It was a one-day thing. I never prayed to God, but now that you shared that, I think I did. I wasn't saying to God, but I definitely was speaking out loud to the universe every single day, “Tell me what to do.” The answers lie within us.

It's a powerful thing. Everybody's journey looks completely different. It’s not that your journey was harder than mine or my journey is harder than yours. It's the ability to take that journey wherever you're at, and go in the right direction. I'm thankful for all that stuff that happened to me because how many people do you know that are in jobs they don't like, in relationships that they don't like, living where they don't want to live? It's a cycle. When you have something happened to you like that, sometimes it's not even traumatic, sometimes it's your own decision. Sometimes it hits you on the head and you have no choice but to go that way. Other times, there's no plane, boat or anything coming for you. You’ve got pull yourself up. The only way you're going in that direction is you take yourself there.

Comfort is the death. People are very scared to get out of the group they're in and try new things because it's comfortable. I'm trying to have a perspective of understanding. I feel like we've gone through awakenings in different ways, but some people are afraid to feel that scariness. It's the scariest feeling ever. You think it's never going to be over just being almost like, “Am I doing the right thing?” I love that you shared that.

You said something powerful before of trying not to piss people off around you, because it's easy to try to make other people around you happy when it's not making yourself happy.

I was living on autopilot for a while. It was my fault. I was too afraid of letting people down of what they thought I should be doing. Even though they weren't even putting it on me, I had this idea in my head that wasn't even real. It's hard when you're in a place and all of these people were in your life for so long and it’s fear. That's what it is because you're like, “What if I make a decision and it's not right?” If something in your gut is telling you it's not right, I promise you, it's not right. I'm thankful of all of the decisions I made and all of the things I went through. Listen to your gut.

I would imagine it's the same for everybody, but that gut feeling for me is one of the worst feelings. I literally can't even do that thing when my belly barometer is acting up. I want nothing to do with the situation that's going to keep that going. I sprint the other way now. It's not self-control. I don't ever want to feel like that. It's not like self-discipline, it's like, “Get that feeling away from me forever.” Whenever I feel that, I sprint the other way.

For so long, I wouldn't speak up for the fear of conflict or whatever it was. Now that I cleared this inner feeling, I have no problem being honest because I never want to feel like I couldn't speak up ever again. It’s that gut feeling, it made me sick to my stomach. I was like, “I will never not listen to my soul ever again. Even if some people get hurt, I'm not going to kill myself over it.”

It's not even like the other people are getting hurt. Let’s say if it's a relationship and you stay in that relationship to make that other person happy, it's going to make both of you more miserable down the road.

If I stayed in that certain relationship, then I'm being unfair to that other person too. We're both not living our true selves at the end of the day. I wasn't living honestly, so that other person in return isn't living honestly as well. It's scary, but what a beautiful lesson I learned.

Those aren't easy ones. Ryley, what are you doing now? Tell us what's going on in your life, the new chapter and the coaching, the nutrition.

I got certified as a plant-based nutritionist and wellness coach. I decided to make my niche intuitive movement and eating because listening to myself has cured my unhealthy eating habits and eating disorder. I had excessive exercising and not listening to my soul truthfully. Getting to heal people through something that's healed me is the most beautiful and sacred experience ever. I'm working on getting certified as a yoga instructor, which is another beautiful way where I was healed. That's where I did a lot of thinking, like in Shavasana, reflecting on everything I was doing. I’m working on my goals of opening up a vegan restaurant one day. I already have a ton of great connections from Clubhouse. It’s my favorite place in the world. I’m living my truth and building a beautiful health and wellness brand where people can lean on each other and heal together.

Where can people find you? Where can people set up a consultation or get coached by you?

My Instagram is @RyleyHigh. You can find me on Clubhouse too. Kevin and I run a room about affirmations every Thursday at 3:30 Pacific, 6:30 Eastern. Every week, I host other rooms on there too about finding your soul's purpose. I'm going to start another one about intuitive living. You can visit my website if you're interested in being coached by me for intuitive living, RyleyHigh.com.

At the end of every show, I like to ask all my guests, what is one piece of advice that has really resonated with you over the years that you would like to gift the audience? It could be absolutely anything.

What I've been living by this past year 2020 is to listen to your gut. That means listening to your gut, your mind, your body and your soul.

Thank you so much for coming on. Me and Ryley will be on Clubhouse every Thursday, 3:30 Pacific, 6:30 Eastern time. Feel free to join in one of our rooms. Ryley, I would love to have you on the show anytime in the near future.

I would love that. We can talk about a ton of different things.
